Tax
We are required to charge state sales tax
for purchases shipped to the states
of North Carolina (7.25%). Sales
tax on web orders in North Carolina is
automatically calculated for you.
Shipping
Most in-stock items are shipped from our North Carolina warehouses
within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of your order. Orders placed
over the weekend are received on Monday morning and placed
in the shipping queue.
Important: Please inspect all truck shipments carefully for
damaged or missing items before signing for them! Claims are
often denied by the carrier after a shipment has been signed
for. Please report any damages or missing items to us immediately.
Shipping Cost
We ship all orders under 350 lbs. via FedEx or UPS or U.S.P.S.. Larger items are sent by truck. The bigger the item, the bigger the truck.
Our shipping is based on real-time shipping quotes from the shipper based on weight, size, number of items and destination zip code.
